The 24" Alba Light is a lightweight teen bike for riders clocking up their first kilometres. An aluminium frame in a 12.5" size and a rigid aluminium fork keep the weight down: the bike is easy to carry up the stairs and easy to hold through a corner. Seven speeds with a Shimano ARDTY200GSLD derailleur cover the yard, the park path and the first ride out of town, while V-Brake rim brakes stay intuitive for a beginner and forgive a sudden squeeze of the lever. The turquoise-to-pink fade is paint, not a sticker: it will not peel off under a backpack or a lock. The geometry is built for riders 130–145 cm tall, with an upright position and the handlebar close by, so the child watches the road rather than their own front wheel. The Alba Light is the bike a rider does not outgrow in the very first season.
