Hartman is the licensed production of a German brand in Russia, running since 2016. We ship directly from the factory in Nerekhta, Kostroma region, with no intermediaries and no trade mark-ups. Minimum order from 5 units, deferred payment of up to 60 days.

The minimum wholesale order is 5 bicycles. At this volume the price follows the OPT5 column of the price list. For smaller batches the small wholesale tier OPT3 (from 3 units) applies with a small surcharge.
Long-standing partners are granted deferred payment of up to 60 days. For new customers the first shipment is on prepayment or partial prepayment terms as agreed.
The price is fixed in the OPT5 price list (from 5 units). There is no volume discount scale during the main season. From September to November a pre-order discount scale applies: up to 1.5 million RUB — 5%, 1.5-5 million RUB — 7%, 5-10 million RUB — 10%, from 10 million RUB — 12%.
Delivery within the Moscow Ring Road is free. Beyond it, 25 RUB per km. Delivery to shipping companies within the Moscow Ring Road is free. To the regions we ship via carriers (CDEK, Delovye Linii, PEC, GTD/KIT): up to 500 km at the expense of the buyer, over 500 km compensation as agreed.
Production is certified to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. There is an official certificate for licensed Hartman production from P+G Fahrradbau Beratung UG (Germany), valid until 10 September 2026. A full set of closing documents is supplied with every batch.
OEM production is possible under the Hartman brand only. White label orders are not accepted.
