Individual shipping terms for remote regions. We work with CDEK, Delovye Linii, PEC and GTD (KIT).
Shipments come directly from production in Nerekhta, with no intermediaries. Terms and builds are agreed without long chains of approvals.
Licensed Hartman production is certified to ISO 9001:2000. A valid certificate from P+G Fahrradbau Beratung UG (Germany) is in place.

Yes, long-standing partners are granted deferred payment of up to 60 days — the same terms as for wholesale buyers. For new dealers the first shipment is on prepayment or partial prepayment terms as agreed.
At the moment the starter package includes detailed information about model builds and an introductory training on the advantages of the range and on retail margins. Display stands, promotional materials and advertising products are not yet part of the starter package.
