Capacity and infrastructure

• Production area. 1,500 sq m of production floor and 7,000 sq m of warehouse space.
• Production capacity. Approximately up to 120,000 bicycles per year when working two shifts.
• Assembly lines. One assembly line running two shifts. Unit-by-unit assembly with control of tightening torques and wheel truing.
• Warehouse. Warehouse capacity is about 85,000 bicycles, which makes it possible to plan seasonal shipments of large batches without disruptions.
• Quality standard. ISO 9001:2000. Multi-stage inspection: incoming control of components, control during assembly, final testing and spot checks of finished products.
• Reliable lead times. Batches are always assembled on time — this is our key commitment to wholesale and dealer partners.

Production cycle

1. 1. Design. Selection of components for the target price segment and the frame geometry.
2. 2. Procurement. Direct contracts with manufacturers: Shimano/Microshift (drivetrain), GTMARK (forks), Kenda/Chaoyang (tyres), PROWHEEL (cranksets), KMC (chains), JAK (brakes).
3. 3. Incoming control. Every batch of components goes through a spot check for compliance with technical requirements.
4. 4. Assembly. Unit-by-unit assembly with control of tightening torques, wheel truing and adjustment of derailleurs and brakes.
5. 5. Test ride. Every assembled bicycle is checked on a test bench and spot tested on the test track.
6. 6. Packaging. Finished products go through a final inspection and are packed with protection against transport damage.
