   We deliver Hartman Bike bicycles across the entire territory of the Russian Federation. Delivery is carried out by shipping companies to a pick-up point in your city.

   Free delivery:

   Delivery of Hartman Bike bicycles within Russia is free. The delivery cost is already included in the price of the product.

2. Delivery times

   Standard delivery:

   Standard delivery takes up to 10 business days from the moment the order is placed. Exact times depend on the delivery region and the workload of the shipping company.

   Order tracking:

   Once the order has been dispatched you receive a tracking number. You can follow the location of your bike in real time.

3. Receiving the order

   Inspection on receipt:

   When receiving the bike, always check the integrity of the packaging and the completeness of the order in the presence of a pick-up point employee. If you find damage or discrepancies, have a damage report drawn up.

   Pre-assembly:

   All Hartman Bike bicycles are pre-assembled and adjusted before dispatch. Only minimal final adjustment is required after you receive the bike.
