The Hartman brand was founded by Klaus Hartman in Germany in 2000. Licensed assembly in Russia started in 2016 in Nerekhta, Kostroma region.
Yes. Hartman supplies bicycles both at retail through the website and at wholesale to dealers and partners directly from the factory.

A wholesale purchase starts at 5 bicycles at the OPT5 price. The small wholesale tier OPT3 starts at 3 units with a small surcharge.
Long-standing partners get deferred payment of up to 60 days. For new customers the first shipment is on prepayment or partial prepayment terms as agreed. From September to November a pre-order discount scale of 5-12% by volume applies.
The basic requirement is an operating retail store of at least 100 sq m. Fill in the form on the Dealers page — a manager will get in touch within one business day and send the dealer agreement.
The basic dealer margin is 60% over the OPT5 wholesale price and does not depend on the purchase volume. In August and September a seasonal discount of 7-15% applies for prepaid batches.
Within the Moscow Ring Road delivery is free, beyond it the cost is 25 RUB per km. Delivery to shipping companies within the Moscow Ring Road is free. To the regions we ship via carriers (CDEK, Delovye Linii, PEC, GTD/KIT): up to 500 km at the expense of the buyer, over 500 km compensation as agreed.
Retail: cash, bank card, instalments, online payment on the website. Wholesale and dealership: bank transfer under a contract, with partial prepayment and deferred payment of up to 60 days available.
The frame and the complete bike are covered for 1 year. The drivetrain, brakes, bottom bracket, hubs and fork are covered for 6 months. Tyres, inner tubes and mudguards are not covered once the bike is in use. Detailed terms are on the Warranty page.
Every bicycle goes through final assembly, wheel truing, derailleur and brake adjustment, and is packed with protection against transport damage. The first service (30-60 days after purchase) is free by appointment.
Production is certified to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. There is an official certificate from the brand owner — P+G Fahrradbau Beratung UG (Germany) — for licensed Hartman production in Russia. It is valid until 10 September 2026.
