1. Return period

   14 days to return:

   You may return a bike within 14 calendar days of receiving it. A return is possible provided that the presentation, consumer properties and completeness of the goods are preserved.

   Exchanging goods:

   If the size or colour does not suit you, you may exchange the bike for a comparable one within 14 days of receiving it.

2. Return conditions

   Presentation and completeness:

   To be returned, the bike must be in the same condition in which you received it: no signs of use, scratches or damage. All tags, labels, packaging and accessories must be preserved.

   Documents:

   To arrange a return you must provide the original receipt or the electronic proof of purchase, as well as an identity document.

3. Return procedure

   Return request:

   To arrange a return, contact our support team by email or phone. State your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you instructions for returning the goods.

   Shipping the goods:

   Pack the bike in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except where the return is due to the fault of the seller.

4. Refund timelines

   Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the money is refunded within 10 business days to the bank card or account used for payment. You will be notified about the status of the return by email.
