The 28" Force Hybrid is a hybrid in the original sense of the word: the speed of a road bike with the position of a city one. The 700C wheels on wide tyres roll on tarmac almost like road wheels, yet they are not afraid of tram rails or a gravel short cut through the park. A flat bar instead of drops keeps the head up — in traffic that is a question of visibility, not of comfort. The rigid aluminium fork does not eat the effort you put into the pedals, and ten Shimano CUES ARDU6000GS speeds with a single front chainring give an even step between gears with no duplicates.
